The Jewish Heritage Tour was truly the trip of a lifetime for us! The King David Hotel in Jerusalem is, now, my all time, favorite hotel in the whole world! Our tour guide, Jonathan, was excellent, caring, efficient, and highly knowledgeable in the history of Israel. Each place on our itinerary was well chosen, interesting, and worthwhile. There was a bit more walking than I had anticipated, but it's difficult to complain about that, since, I can't think of a single thing I would have missed. I loved it.

My wife and I traveled to the beautiful land of Israel in June 2014. Our guide was Hana and Israel was our driver. I would highly recommend going on this tour because the tour guide gives very detailed information on what you are looking at and the driver gets you there safe. Both of them are very friendly. The hotel accommodations are excellent; staff friendly and buffet food is very delicious. Starting out on the tour, I wasn't too excited, but once we started exploring the great sites of the bible, like Mount Carmel, Mount Precipice, Sea of Galilee; the whole bible and history of the places just came alive. Then you are able to visit one of the great wonders of the world- the dead sea, which is very exciting. And the last stop, Jerusalem, blows you away with its sites and sounds, new world and old world elements. It's hard to describe the emotions of walking up the steps that Jesus walked up to enter the old city, or exploring its vast corridors where so much of the bible- past, present and future has and will take place. The only critique I have is that it would be nice to have some more exposure to the authentic people and culture, because, you are mostly around other tourist the whole time. But, I understand that as jam packed as the schedule was, it would be hard to fit another activity in. However, perhaps an optional evening cultural immersion activity could be implemented. Christmas feels totally different this year, having experienced where Christ was born, lived, died, resurrected, and will return to soon! Thank you for the wonderful tour, tour guide, driver, accommodations, and memories. I understand now why those that have traveled to Israel say they would love to go back and visit anytime, because now I am one of those people.

What an amazing experience! Although we returned nearly 3 months ago this trip is still talked about almost daily. Tamar's knowledge was incredible. Our brains nearly exploded from information overload — discovering things we never knew, clarifying things that caused wonder and permanently engrafting sights that lift history off the Bible's pages. Besides all this, we enjoyed fabulous accommodations and meals while fellowshipping with wonderful Christians from a variety of denominations. What's more, during this trip the Lord healed my husband of spinal stenosis (it had nearly prevented us from going) through the prayers of friends and fellow tourists. What more can I say? Would we do it again? Absolutely! In fact, so much so that we're now hoping (No! Planning.) to return to Israel for at least a month with an AIT side trip for Egypt's Footsteps of Moses Tour.

What a wonderful tour! My wife Karen and I took the tour which was a Once in a Lifetime experience. The hotels were great and the food wonderful. Our guide and driver Schlomo 1 and Schlomo 2 were absolutely the finest I have ever traveled with. Our guide kept us safe in times that some would think were questionable. His vast and lengthy experience allowed him to have connections in every town we visited. He would call ahead and make sure that it was totally safe for us before we would enter the area. His knowledge of the country as well as the Christian Bible was remarkable and kept us totally involved with the historical and religious aspects of everywhere we visited. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about going to the Holy Land.

Our pilgrimage to Israel was truly a trip of a lifetime. The words that come to mind are: spectacular, awesome, exciting and breathtaking. We had a very informative tour guide named Danny Cohen, who was always attentive to our needs, which made us feel safe through out the whole trip. Because of his intricate knowledge of Israel, the Bible came alive as we toured the Holy Land. For those of you considering taking a trip to Israel, we highly recommend AIT. We found the hotel accommodations to be fabulous, it was definitely 5 star. From our airport welcome to our departure date we experienced such kindness and professionalism. I just wanted to commend the extraordinary tour guide we had in Israel. His name was Danny Cohen.Being a Jew himself, he had vast knowledge of the challenges and conflicts of the Israeli people; but he also had a deep understanding of the New Testament and a very obvious respect for Jesus Christ. I was so moved by his explanations of the events of Holy Week and so appreciated his facilitating the oral reading of relevant Scripture through out our visit.Danny also was extremely warm and amazingly accommodating to all 36 of us travelers including one who was at least 80 and another who was only 8. He managed to consider the needs of each of them while keeping the rest of us going at a normal pace. I can't imagine any other tour guide doing such a great job.We have visited more than 60 countries and we have never before had a guide of such high quality. Thank you.

To Anyone: My wife and I had a wonderful pilgrimage to Israel through the superb management of AIT. Each day of the trip was filled with lot of relevant biblical and historical facts as we moved along the different sites in Israel. Must mention Tamar – our outstanding guide who spared no efforts in giving her best to our group; I think she is a huge asset to the AIT .This tour package is indeed the best to suit a wide range of tourist to get introduced to the Holy Land, and perhaps, follow up with other trips in the years ahead. We just returned from a fantastic AIT Roots of Your Faith Tour with an extension in Jordan. It was a wonderful tour with great hotels, good food, and really excellent tour guides. Danny Cohen, our guide in Israel was tremendous. He a native, born in Jerusalem. Danny is very knowledgeable with regard to culture, history, geography, etc.. He is a humble individual, with excellent presentation skills, and obvious integrity. If we were to go to Israel again, I would be looking for a way to have Danny as our guide.Our guide in Jordan was Rabi Haddad. Rabi is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, young man with obvious pride in his country. He has a great relationship with the young people we encountered at the various sites. He treats them with respect and the respond. Rabi is a good and thoughtful human being.We did now of AIT before our friends brought you to our attention. We did not know what to expect, but we were very pleased with our experience. Thanks for an unforgettable tour.

This was the trip of a life time! Being able to experience the Holy Land on this tour was an incredible blessing. Our tour guide, Hannah, was so knowledgeable and allowed us to see and do so much! Our driver, Israel, kept us safe and was so warm and friendly.My favorite sites were the Dead Sea, Beth She'an, and the Jerusalem Archeological Park where we walked the steps to the original temple where Jesus walked. This tour was like walking through time. On our free day we visited Hezikiah's Tunnel and we also did the underground, Western Wall Tour, which I highly recommend. Blessings on this wonderful organization and the helpful staff that made a dream trip come true!

We have just completed the June 02, 2014 Holy Land Tour of Egypt, Jordan, and Israel, and can say without a doubt that this is the best tour we have ever been on (and we have been on quite a few). All was efficient; the tour guides were knowledgeable; the hotels were excellent; and the food was delicious and plentiful. Wow I had been on two previous tour with other tour agencies and came home disappointed. Such was not the case this time with AIT on March 22/2014. AIT lived up to and presented everything as promised on Roots of Your Faith tour. The tour guide Yair Amichay was light years beyond other guides I have had, the way he present info and got all of us involved. He even dressed up in character for some sites. He totally set a high standard for other guides. The hotels were out of site wonderful and we were treated wonderful by all. We did the three day extension to Jordan the tour breath taking , the border crossing was another thing. If I knew what a hassel it was both ways I might have opted out of the extension. We just got back from our dream vacation thru AIT Roots Of Your Faith tour. Our group consist of 38 Christians wanting to experience the Holy Land. Our tour guide, Yair Amichay and our driver Abi are so wonderful, caring and top of the world team that narrated, all the sites, places in amicable way! I recently took an Israel tour with America Israel Travel from 9-18 Nov 13, 2014. I’m a retired US Air Force officer and have traveled extensively and taken many tours throughout the globe. I want to commend our tour guide, Yair, nicknamed Jiah, and the bus drive Victor. Jiah was the consummate professional, extensively trained in biblical studies, history, geography, politics, economics, and geology. He was enthusiastic and pleasant every single day of our trip. His knowledge enabled him to answer every question I and the other 36 tourists had throughout the trip. He went above and beyond my expectation, acting out parts, getting tourists to act out parts, helping a disabled passenger every day – simply superb performance every day. I can tell you that the other tourists felt the same way. I’ve commanded three squadrons and know that in every business, success is personality-driven. Jiah is one of those people that make an organization successful, as is Victor. Rest assured that I’m spreading the word about the quality of your tours around my work place and church. We just returned from the Roots trip from Oct 26 and I wanted to write you all while the joy and the excitement was still in my heart! There are only three words to describe this trip... amazing, amazing and amazing! You folks have really put together an all-inclusive visit to the Holy Land with not much left out! We covered all the important points of interest and worked hard doing it. Believe me... it was all worth it! There cannot possibly be a guide in all of Israel as good as our guide Yair. As a Sabra himself, there are no words to describe his knowledge of the sites and the Israel itself and when it comes to energy and creativity he truly made the country come alive for us. Here is a young man who truly loves his job!!! The hotels and the food was top notch all the way and I find myself craving falafel even as I write. Just returned from the Into the Promised Land tour and it was great! We saw so much and the guides went out of their way to make it meaningful. When Ruthie stopped by the side of the road to pull weeds, we were confused until she brought in the type of weed from which the Roman soldiers made the crown of thorns and the mustard seed plant. So special. The hotels were very nice and the views from our hotel windows and balconies were beautiful. The food and the service were very good. I would recommend this trip wholeheartedly.

We just returned from our trip and I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed it. America Israel Travel did a wonderful job, everything was just perfect from the minute we arrived. All the hotels were outstanding, we especially enjoyed the Pastoral Kfar at the Kibbutz. The meals provided were also superb. But the true highlight of our trip was our tour guide Hannah. She was warm, intelligent and passionate and conveyed information in a thoughtful, comprehensive yet very understandable manner. You are lucky to have her as your representative. And one more thing, we so much appreciated the extra effort your group made to do more for us than we paid for - how often does that happen? What a special treat that you added an extra evening to our itinerary with transportation and tickets to the Light Show at the King David museum, a special event that we might have missed had it not been for your generosity. "Andy and I got back from our trip to Israel and are now starting to get caught up on work and life. The trip was really one of the most amazing experiences in our lives. We were coupled with really a group of extraordinary people that we hope to keep in contact with. I have to say the trip would have not been the same without Ruthie and Avi our tour guide and bus driver. What a charismatic duo. Ruthie is so special and I feel as if we all connected with her in such a special way. She took care of everyone from the beginning to the end and was so attentive and really did an amazing job on the site seeing aspect of the trip. I am writing to send you feedback about our recent Roots of Faith tour to Israel, September 2013. My friend, Cheryl, and I enjoyed ourselves and felt blessed to have Ruth as our guide. She is an excellent tour guide. We were both struck with how brilliant and over-arching her knowledge is and we loved her delivery. Avi was also an excellent driver and participant in making our tour memorable. He has such a sunny personality and extended himself to everyone on the tour, so we felt as if we had the best tour guide and driver combination possible. Cheryl and I also enjoyed the variety of destinations on the tour and being able to explore our destinations rather than seeing things from a bus only. We both enjoyed the walking/lecture aspect of the tour. I felt that we were taken to see a surprisingly expansive itinerary of key historical sites, far more than most tours cover, and I appreciate being inundated because one never knows what the future holds and when there will be another opportunity to see Israel. The tour itself was rich and dense, just the way I like it. We also appreciated the "add-ons" like giving people the opportunity to be baptized in the Jordan River and the opportunity to go to the spa at the Dead Sea. All in all, I think your company does an excellent job of arranging a tour, particularly at the price point that it is offered. I want to thank you for providing an excellent tour, which I have already recommended to several friends, and I would definitely sign on for another tour with your company. "Thank you" seems hardly adequate for the trip we experienced with our OEPC church group in May. Our trip to Israel was extraordinary! It was life changing for most of the folks on the trip. Only 3 of our group had been to Israel previously, so the experience was just wonderful to share for the first time with many of them. We cannot thank you enough for giving us Hanna Kessler as our guide. She truly made the trip wonderful. Her wealth of Biblical and historical knowledge was amazing, and she shares it all with such grace, wit and fun. Everyone on the trip loved her. In fact, at our final dinner last Monday evening, we told Judy that when we return for another trip, we will request that Hanna be our guide again! People were asking Jim and I when we are going again and where the next trip will be, so I am looking at your many trips offered and will be contacting you again to set up another tour. Possibly for fall 2014. Thank you again for all that you do to make these tours possible for so many church families. We were truly blessed to take this trip. I wish to thank the AIT staff for the wonderful service during our tour. I have no words to describe the wonderful time and experiences I had in Egypt , Jordan and Israel . The tour guides, bus drivers, hotels, shopping venues, holy sites, optional tours, security and airport services, information and just about everything else was simply perfect! I could not have enjoyed more on this memorable trip to the Holy Land. My only regret is that it finished so quickly and that the whole affair seemed like a dream. We frankly did not want to come back from Israel. Also, the group we were placed in was remarkable. The presence of such friendly and amiable people made the journey an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend AIT to anyone who wished to travel to the Holy land as their staff have influence, experience and knowledge about every possible that can come crop up!

Just came back last week from our "modified" Into the Promised Land Tour. AIT you are the Best! We had such a life changing experience!! Despite the issues surrounding the unrest in Egypt and changes to our itinerary, you all managed to make it as smooth as possible and the tour guides were the best!! Sam (Jordan), Tamar & Yosi (Israel), Adel (Palestine). We want to go back someday and we will definitely do it thru AIT again!! Shalom!!
