About Us

As one of Portland's original Pilates studios, established in 1998, we bring balance to the body by drawing on a rich mind-body heritage which includes the pioneering work of Joseph Pilates, Dr. Ida Rolf, Matthias Alexander, and others. We offer private Pilates instruction, Pilates teacher training, Pilates reformer and matwork, and therapeutic bodywork.
