About Us

A lifelong believer in preventive health, studio owner Meris Gebhardt combines a demanding physical asana practice with deep, calming breath to form Power Vinyasa yoga. Trained at the world famous Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she decided to branch out on her own and bring this athletic style of yoga to the Pacific Northwest, a place where disciplined athleticism is a way of life.
