BraveHeart Fight Club is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with an octagon, boxing ring, striking bags, wrestling mats, and weights. We offer a wide variety of classes, including Muay Thai, Boxing, Submission Grappling and MMA, all of which are taught by world class instructors.BraveHeart Fight Club has been designed to cultivate world champion fighters. However, those just wanting to be in excellent shape without competing will go through a fighter's training workout that we call "Getting Fit without Getting hit." You will learn the science and mechanics of punching, kicking, footwork, head movement, offense and defense -- all the tools needed to get a full body workout.
