About Us

Cheryl Matschek, Ph.D,. M.S., M.H., C.C.I.I., is the founder (1979)/President and Owner of Soaring Horizons, Princess Publishing, and The Cheryl Matschek Company, Inc. located in North Plains, Oregon, just outside of Portland. She is a Doctor of Natural Health Sciences, Clinical Nutrition and Iridology; Master Herbalist; Certified Iridologist and Certified Diplomate Iridology Instructor for IIPA; nutritionist and author, as well as an internationally known professional speaker, trainer and consultant. Cheryl is President of the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA). Besides her degrees in health, nutrition and herbs, Cheryl has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a second Master's degree in Behavioral Science.
