I am a Cognitive Behavioral Psychologist with extensive training in over 50 techniques which move you from the 'why' to the 'change phase' so you can move ahead with your life. This approach to positive change is practical, effective, collaborative, active, and goal directed for adults, adolescents, and children. I specialize in depression, anxiety, marital/family issues, obsessive-complusive disorder, panic disorders, phobias, depression, addictions/habits- procrastination/perfectionism, parenting concerns such as behavioral/school problems and sibling rivalry. For young children I use play, art, and sand tray therapy.
