Thank you so much for helping to select and apply for my individual health insurance. This was a difficult process for me as I have had the same group insurance for 17 1/2 years, and the market has changed so much. Your patience was greatly appreciated as I learned the differences among the plans, and deciphered which would best suit my needs. Your ability to communicate regularly and on a fairly short schedule was incredibly helpful. I felt that I had tremendous guidance throughout the process, and was particularly grateful for the help with last minute questions after the application was submitted. This is on behalf of Kelly Ireland. I have not had another insurance agent quite like Kelly. He went out of his way to not only help me choose the right insurance plan (I had a lot of requirements :), but he also repeatedly followed up to make sure I was happy.I also should add, I was having a problem with getting a certain doctor’s bill paid and Kelly went above and beyond his “job description” to help me on the matter, which not only was time-consuming for him, but it made a significant difference in getting my bill paid and taken care of. Overall, I am very grateful and appreciative I have found such a hard-working and zealous insurance agent. He’s a class act.
