About Us

Welcome to the IBS School of Cosmetology with two locations located in Oregon. Portland is home to our first campus with Springfield being a new addition. IBS has been a pioneer in the competency format of education and both locations provide competency programs in cosmetology. We prepare our students to excel in this field by offering courses in hair design, esthetics, nail technology and/or barbering.
