We like to welcome you to the new IPS Skate and Snow Shop site. Owned by skaters for skaters! Owned by legendary skater Tom "Wally" Inouye. With base camp in the Columbia River Gorge, the town of Hood River, Oregon at the base of Mt. Hood and on the banks of the mighty Columbia River.
