About Us
I'm not a watercolorist or an oil painter, although I use both media. I'm not a Photo-realist,although I paint in that style. I'm simply a painter.My goal is to create a visually complex work that challenges the viewer to puzzle overthe big picture.An appreciation of the abstract nature of things allows me to paint with extreme precision.In one session, I may focus intently on a small section of a flower or part of a distortedimage in water.Alone, the image would appear abstract but as part of the whole the individual imagescome together to create the appearance of a literally rendered scene.I like my paintings to be like a well written novel you can keep coming back to it anddiscovering different things every time you look at it.
