About Us
Mt Hood Athletic Club is a family owned and operated multi-purpose athletic facility. Paul and Lila Reed have owned and operated athletic facilities for over 18 yrs and our beautiful, new club is the realization of a dream! The club is located in picturesque Sandy, Oregon right off Hwy 26. The club will host a variety of activities ranging from basketball, racquetball and swimming to yoga, weightlifting and more. Extra amenities available will include physical therapy, massage, full salon services, juice/coffee bar, personal training, daycare and more.
