Pacific NW Pilates offers private and small group classes for adults of every age and fitness level at our Portland studio. Classes include STOTT PILATES with floor mats and equipment, yoga, and special interest topics related to fitness and injury prevention.Our studio is filled with instructors who love helping people and are proud to be part of an elite network of fitness experts.
