About Us

The love of body knowledge has guided my life's work for over twenty-five years. I continue to be intrigued by the inherent power of full-body balance, connectivity and coordination to relieve symptoms and enliven the spirit. A wisdom is contacted beyond the therapy itself.My approach to bodywork is very thorough and respectful. My touch is comforting, yet accurate. I concentrate to flow energy through channels of connective tissue slowly, allowing the client's response to guide our work together.My excitement for body movement is infectious. I am thrilled to see clients moving their bodies according to its natural design because natural movement reduces wear and tear, focuses energy, feels graceful yet powerful and generates life-enhancing sensations.
