She works with a staff of highly-qualified instructors with a deep understanding of the Pilates Methodas taught by Joseph Pilates.Come visit our studio: it's a large, airy sunlit spacewith plenty of free parking.Individual private training sessions are a specialty, and thereare always plenty of mat classes underway.
