DO NOT HIRE!!! BUYER BEWARE. Hired Ray to install 7 interior doors, 2 exterior doors, 2 storm doors, and 500lf of baseboard molding at the recommendation of the painter I hired for my mother's house after her passing. Ray provided the quote and told me it would take 3 days. Fast-forward 2 months and the work is still not complete. We have doors that are misaligned, won't latch, and are binding. The baseboards are uneven and the cuts are novice at best in some areas. I have called, text, and spoken to Ray on several occasions with promises that he would come back "tomorrow" to make it right. I have given up contacting him and may pursue small claims court to recoup my time and money. He spends more time on the phone or leaving to go "bid" other jobs than actually working.

I contacted Ray Monczka today to assist my 96 year old Grandma with her recliner chair. The moment I explained to him what needed to be done and he said "...in life there are no problems, only solutions..." I knew I had found the right man. He made a personal commitment to help her; with money being no object to getting the job done. Very stand up gentleman and I am certain he is a blessing to many customers.
