Awesome service and value!!! I've called them on two separate jobs and their attention to detail, ecofriendliness and affordability is second to none. We thought we had to replace the carpet after the last tenants moved out but the miracles worked made them look like new.

Sunset came out and did a fantastic job on my downstairs and area rugs in my livingroom. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to anyone looking for an all natural alternative. I was a bit sceptical on my area rug since it lyes on my hardwood floors but tehy were able to clean it and make it look new again. Kudos to Sunset and there friendly staff...will definitely call them again. Oh and yes i like to use them since im having a baby and want to make sure not to have chemicals on my carpet.

I have used Sunset Carpet cleaning for 6 now. The quality of work is superb plus I love the eco products they are using that have fresh citrusy smell. In addition to that I like how responsive Steve is and he always tries to accomodate my last minute cleanings, which lately I have quite a lot because of our puppy. Both, Steve and Daniel worked on my carpets and besides the good quality work they provide they are very personable.

It was a sad and shocking day when our septic tank backed up into our bi-level home. I called Sunset and they made themselves available the next morning to disinfect and clean our carpet and flooring. We received great advice on how to handle the residual and I will definitely use them again. Very courteous, helpful, respectful and efficient.
