The Oregon Branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA is also part of the International Taoist Tai Chi Society.The Oregon Branch offers classes in the internal art of taijiquan and other internal arts of health taught by the Society's founder, Master Moy Lin-Shin, in locations around the Portland, Oregon metro area.Developed by Master Moy, Taoist Tai Chi taijiquan is a low impact exercise designed to enhance health.Join us to learn this ancient Chinese exercise emphasizing relaxation, stretching, health improvement and stress reduction.
