I recently hired J. Vaughan Roofing (Orion Roofing & Sheet metal) to tear off and re-roof an apartment complex that I own. We previously went with another local company that claimed to have experience working on flat roofs and commercial buildings but obviously they didn't. The roof failed and we had to redo the whole thing. We did a lot of research before picking another company fix the mess and I'm sure glad we went with Orion.I felt safe going with a company that's been around for 20+ years under the same name & same CCB they started with. Their track record looked great on paper but once I met with the guys I was even more impressed. Jason, Pedro and the crew were fantastic to work with. They were punctual, organized and kept the property in pristine condition during the project. I was very impressed with their product knowledge and overall professionalism. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

This is only the second roof that I have had to replace in my lifetime. J. Vaughan came highly recommended and I can see why. They were punctual, clean and delivered exactly what they promised. I would recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of roof repair or replacement. Thanks for being there for me now and in the future.Terry

They were outstanding. We did a complete tear off (4 layers including original shake on an old bungalow) and our yard was CLEAN at the end of each day. I've got kids, one with Autism who loves to run barefoot so at the end of each day I'd do a walk around to check for nails, couldn't believe how much attention they paid to the keeping the property clean. Big crew of guys, so they work fast, the foreman is a great guy. Honestly your nuts not to hire them.

We appreciate the attention to quality, details, and the daily site clean up. I also wanted to point out that our neighbors are very impressed. We especially appreciated the way that you pointed out some of the problems that your crew noticed prior to our new roof going on. By suggesting that we replace the warped support beam on the side of the house prior to the installation of the new roof you saved us from problems which could have interfered with the successful sale of our home in the future, and we avoided what could have cost hundreds of dollars after the new roof was in place. Your attention to detail was extraordinary. From the excellent follow up with Bob Mann provided after our initial appointment, to the clean up after your installation team performed, to the personal attention you (Jason) provided in the installation of our special order, our of the ordinary, skylights. Everything was completed as promised, and then some... Your plan to handle repair issues quickly and efficiently with the end goal of replacing the existing roof worked well for my budget, and allowed the time needed for your redesign of our cooling tower.
