Excellent customer service and trust worthy advice! I thought I had an issue with my septic system but after describing it to the person who answered the phone I was re-directed to a plumber. Excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, and happy to refer me a plumber before I invested in a septic inspection. Highly recommend and will absolutely call back for septic maintenance. Thank you!

Daryl came out- with fairly new hire Cristian- to pump our septic tank. Outstanding service- Daryl was helpful, friendly, professional, thorough. Cristian, only on the job for about 2 weeks, did everything Daryl asked him to do. Job was done in a timely manner. We could not have been more pleased, and will recommend to friends and neighbors. Thanks!!

I want to thank Alex for his over the top help. I was concerned about a possible clogged drain line in my leach field so I called Goodman whom I was referred to by another happy customer. Alex got the county records for me then walked me through how to find and check the transfer boxes in my leach field, all at no charge. We didn't find any problems so no service was needed. No upsale, no charge, just great honest customer service.I will be using them in the future for all of my septic needs. Thanks Alex

Edgar was fantastic! He explained our system to us, and what was required each year to satisfy the county ordinances. He did not try to talk us into work we didn't need, and he gave us great tips for diagnosing problems in the future. Whenever we call the office, Norma is helpful and efficient--start to finish, a great company to work with!

I would give no stars but I wanted to make sure this got read. I was completely surprised the other day when i called expecting to get a lovely greeting from Teresa or Joyce, what i got instead was a rude woman when i asked for Teresa or Joyce she that said she didnt know who i was asking for. I then asked if Colbey was still with Goodman and flatly was told he is dead can i help you. Alex i do hope that whatever you've done can be fixed get Teresa and Joyce back and please tell me that what she said about Colbey is a mistake. For now I plan on finding someone else to come take care of our septic system. I am sure after my recent experience that many of your customers are probably doing the same as I am and finding a different company to use.I used to recommend Goodman all the time to anyone who asked now i won't, sad to see that you've let your company become so impersonal and rude.

Wow what a great service! The technician Darrell squeezed us in on a day that wasn't our scheduled service day and took care of an emergency situation with the upmost professional and caring attitude. He not only got my septic back up to snuff and running, but he educated me on what I need to do in the future to keep my septic clear and running hassle free. Anyone living on the mountain would be foolish to not hire Goodman Sanitation for all their septic needs

I usually don't praise service people who come out to my house unless they go the extra mile. I was completely impressed by your Service Technician, Colbey Browne. Colbey was so helpful in taking the time to explain about the septic system in laymen's terms. His willingness to take the time to figure out that it was not our septic system but the piping from our toilet to the piping under the house that was causing the problem. I chose to have the septic tank emptied since the service call charge would go towards that service. I also want to thank Teresa for not charging me for another service call since Colbey came out to my house yesterday. I will highly recommend your sanitation services to my friends who have septic tanks.

Want to remark that the work Mike Clark did on the system to install a set of cleanouts on the two (2) pressure lines to the recirculating gravel filter was very well done. It was a challenge due to the depth of some of the piping, the need to access all sectors, the presences of an H valve and two (2) indexing valves. We were able to easily access and water jet all the pressure piping, headers and laterals of the filtrate transport and distribution network. The effort to perform the jetting was less than expected in both challenge and time. This is a first for a system of this type. His willingness to fulfill the intention of the improvement and to do it well is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in benefiting the maintenance of this system.

We had two units pumped that were next door to each other. We want to say that we were most pleased from beginning to end. We negotiated with Teresa, our contact person, to the point that we knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. When the technician Colbey arrived, he was very personable and professional and carried out his tasks to our satisfaction. He is knowledgeable and gave us pointers on how to keep our systems in good condition. All in all your company took a precarious situation and turned it into a routine experience, you should be proud of your people.
